Welcome at the Hanse-Kogge Restaurant!
True hospitality is practiced in our restaurant for more than 100 years.
Family Raffelt took it over in 1991.
Do you ask yourself what a "Kogge" (Cog in English) means? Cogs were the most important and largest sailing boats in the era of the Hanseatic League. The Hanseatic League's merchant fleet had a capacity at the end of the 11th century around 100,000 tonnes.
In line with our name, every day we live out a table culture and high cuisine in our family business together with our committed employees to a high standard and with a passion to our profession.
Our restaurant is furnished in a maritime style and with attention to details.
We are open the whole year without a rest day from 11.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Our menu offers plenty of regional dishes from pot and pan. High-quality products are created exclusively in-house. Many of our local suppliers are certified organic farms. The recipes of our dishes have been developed with a dietician.
You can also admire in our restaurant the biggest collection of sailing ship models on the island Usedom.
We are looking forward to your visit!
